Managing Director: Mrs Karen Jones
Karen (Date) Jones was born and educated in the Swansea Valley. On graduating she began her teaching career and for nine years she developed and became Head of Pre-Prep at St.Michael’s Independent School in Llanelli.
Following many years of preparation Karen is delighted to introduce childcare and education of the highest quality to our under fives in the Swansea Valley.
Karen is dedicated to the idea that Little Steps will provide the community with the security of knowing that children in the care of the Little Steps team are treated with the utmost respect and cared for in a highly secure, happy and stimulating environment.
The Nursery is registered to provide 35 places for children from 4 months to 5 years, including 9 places reserved for babies under 2 years old .
Karen has overall responsibility for the nursery. On a day to day day basis she has responsibility for the delivery of the 3-5 curriculum within a structure that maximises the personal interests of each child.
The day-to-day management of the nursery is given to the Nursery Manager. The Manager is responsible for ensuring that each day runs smoothly.
All activities at Little Steps are delivered through the medium of English. |
